Hardware Tool Warranty Instructions
Warranty Period Description:
1.The product warranty period is based on the date issued by the customer’s valid purchase certificate as the starting date of the warranty period;
2.If there is no valid proof of purchase, the actual warranty period is three months from the date of production.
Beyond Warranty:
1.Exceeding the warranty period;
2.Damage caused by improper use, maintenance and storage not in accordance with the requirements of the product manual;
3.Failure or damage caused by disassembling, repairing, or modifying the product without the permission of the company;
4.The failure or damage caused by force majeure;
5.Vulnerable parts and random accessories;
6.After the product is used, situations such as rust, electroplating peeling, surface scratches, plastic handle breakage do not affect the function of the product.
Warranty Description:
1. Replacement and repair: During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems, it will be guaranteed according to the replacement and repair method;
2. Replacement: During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems, it will be replaced or repaired.
Service Description:
1. When the product fails, the customer can send it for repair or go to the company's designated repair center for repair;
2. When the product fails, if the customer chooses to send it for repair, each of the customer and the company will bear the freight once.
